REMINDER/UPDATE

Thank you to those CUE workers already sending in your Worker Survey. We're collecting and compiling your responses and will send another message with the results when we have them.

For those who haven't yet completed and submitted the survey, this is a gentle reminder that we're counting on all of you to educate and communicate with us and each other. We're depending on your honest opinion and looking forward to your observations. Please remember to get those surveys back to the union office.

UPCOMING MESSAGES/COMMUNICATIONS

You'll soon be receiving union leadership ballots to your regular postal address. If you've moved in the last few months, please let us know your new address. Please be thinking about running for office and becoming part of the union leadership team. You'll also be receiving a contract bargaining questionnaire soon, so be looking for that too.

THANK YOU

Many of you who responded to the Worker Survey thanked us for increasing the contact with you, the membership. As you can see, we're working hard to do more of that. New opportunities for member involvement are being developed: in our immediate future is the need for a Contract Action Team. The Team will be primarily responsible for getting information about contract negotiations to our members. If you're interested in joining the CAT group, contact Nora Hochman at the Union office.
