Reminder: CUE Local 10 General Membership Meeting

This is an invitation for you to join us at our local general membership meeting. This meeting is open to all CUE workers, and if you have questions or concerns, you are always welcome to bring them to our meetings. Nominations for CUE Local 10 officers will close at this meeting.

When: Thursday, March 27th 5:30 - 6:30 PM

Closing of Nominations for CUE Local 10 Elections

The time to elect new officers for CUE Local 10 has arrived. This is your chance to be part of the Executive Board of your union or to nominate a co-worker who you believe is a good candidate for any of the positions in the Executive Board.

The last day to submit your nominations is March 27, and they can be made in person at our general membership meeting being held on that day. However, if for some reason you are unable to attend this meeting, contact the local office to make other arrangements, at 420-0258.

The open positions are:

President, Vice-president, Secretary, Treasurer, three At-Large positions, two Statewide Bargaining Representative positions, and two Statewide Executive Board Representative positions.

Election materials will be mailed to union members only on March 28, so be sure that we have your correct mailing address. More details about the election process will be posted soon, so stay tuned.

Note: only members are allowed to run for CUE office and vote in elections. If you are unsure whether you are a member, or not, please call or email Aggie right away, and she will advise you of your status with CUE.
