The Union is in receipt of proposals from UCSC that seek to change the old workrules in effect in the Division of Social Sciences. Any change to wages, hours and/or conditions of work are subject to meet and confer with the Union. Many workers are impacted and affected by these workrules. In order for the Union to best understand how the changes may affect workers' experiences, it would be helpful to meet with you, or representatives of your workplace. I would like to set up such a meeting. Please contact me if you're interested.
